 We believe in helping homeowners feel absolutely satisfied. To do this, we
created two full-service showrooms complete with the latest trends, the most durable and most exotic, the hardwoods and synthetics - the options that help customers see all of their options. An appointment with one of our highly trained design consultants helps make the process easier. Not only are our consultants up on the latest styles, but they're also trained to ask customers all the right questions about their lifestyle and aesthetic preferences. From there, they guide customers through the myriad of choices to the appropriate flooring.
To better serve today's technology-savvy homeowner, we offer a web-based tool called Home Solutions Interactive (HSi) that people use to prepare for design appointments. HSi is an interactive, educational tool that's fun to use. It's full of helpful articles, tips, and videos that highlight the features and benefits of various flooring selections. There's an Idea Gallery full of gorgeous pictures to help customers find the look that best suits them.
Prior to their appointment, we send the homeowner an interactive DVD program that explains how the various products will perform in real life. The content is delivered in a fresh, engaging manner that empowers homeowners to make the right product selections.
