Quality Installation
 Specialization and experience underscore and assist all that we do. In more than one sense, everyone at BWC contributes to our Quality Assurance program. At every point in the floor installation process - from the exacting measurements to the ordering of materials, from the inspection of the slab or subflooring to our post-installation inspection and corrective follow-up - we control the process and, at the same time, allow all team members to do their particular job in the most effective way.
Our quality installation process begins at your jobsite. We go to the home and use cutting edge measuring techniques to quickly and accurately determine just the right amount of material to order for the job. Materials are ordered, tracked, and checked for accuracy. The job then goes to our installation department for scheduling in time for closing. We're on time, every time, a characteristic of BWC of which we're all very proud. Throughout the flooring installation our scheduler keeps track of progress.
 After installation we complete a thorough inspection. If there are any deficiencies, our service department takes care of eliminating them. Each branch employs qualified and certified Nextel-dispatched service technicians who are fully equipped to handle most service problems during their first visit. We are always prepared to detect and resolve problems so that the flooring you offer your customer gives them immediate and lasting pleasure. This is what quality installation is all about.
