Safety Program Initiated
A Jobsite Safety Program, which will follow NAHB and OSHA guidelines and procedures, goes into effect at BWC in 2006. This complete safety management initiative will include written company policies, worksite analysis, as well as hazard prevention and control. Safety and health training for staff and employees will be included. To comply with NAHB/OSHA regulations, random, documented inspection of each active jobsite is expected to take place monthly. Evaluation and follow-up corrections of any safety deficiencies will follow.
Employees, builders, trade contractors, and homebuyers have the right to expect a safe jobsite. An effective safety program can accomplish this while reducing liability and improving the quality of our work.
