 At Builders Wholesale Carpet we think we're pretty special. One reason is our focus. Residential home builders are our only clients, and we have fine-tuned every aspect of our business to provide the builder with the most effective and efficient on-time floor covering process imaginable. So, first and foremost, we're about serving the builder.
Second, we emphasize an integrated team approach to all our work. This means that the staging of a project and its management depend on the skills, insights, and coordinated efforts of many people, from our in-house professional design team to our post-inspection trouble shooters. Quality control management extends through the selection process, pre-installation inspection, installation, post-installation inspection and follow-up. This approach has been well-honed through our management team's almost 200 years of combined experience in the floor covering industry.
But with all this wealth of experience, there is nothing dated about BWC.
